Damaged Shipments or Products:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience if you receive a damaged shipment or product. You are entitled to request either an exchange or a full refund. To initiate the return process, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@lupostrol.co.nz. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to expedite your return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and you can expect to receive it within 7 days of approval.
Delayed Orders:
We strive to deliver all orders in promptly. However, if your order takes longer than anticipated, please contact us at info@lupostrol.co.nz. We will investigate the delay and provide an update as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items:
We stand by the effectiveness and quality of our products. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than damaged or delayed shipments.
