How long will a packet of Lupostrol last?

It depends on the size of your dog, and the severity of any challenges they might have. As a typical starting point, we recommend 1 capsule per day for a small dog and 3 per day for a large dog. However, if you have specific concerns or want to discuss the right dosage for your dog's needs, please contact us and we are happy to help.

What is the policy around damaged, lost or missing orders?

Our policy is to first find the order in the NZ Post system and assist with any delivery issues. Lost or missing orders will then be replaced if the delivery issue cannot be resolved. Damaged orders will be replaced. Please email info@lupostrol.co.nz if you need any help with any issues relating to damaged, lost or missing orders.

I ordered my products online, when should I expect my order?

NZ Urban Areas: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

My order has not arrived, can I track my order?

Yes, tracking numbers for orders are emailed to you as the order is packed and before it leaves our premises. If you did not receive a tracking number please email info@lupostrol.co.nz and we will send it out to you again or assist with the tracking.
