Frequently Asked Questions

Our policy is to first find the order in the NZ Post system and assist with any delivery issues. Lost or missing orders will then be replaced if the delivery issue cannot be resolved. Damaged orders will be replaced. Please email info@lupostrol.co.nz if you need any help with any issues relating to damaged, lost or missing orders.

Within NZ, NZ Post, usual delivery is 1-2 days unless Rural Delivery which can be 1-5 days (delays may be expected at times) International delivery, using DHL Express delivery may vary depending on the region. Please check by emailinginfo@lupostrol.co.nz or tracking using the tracking number emailed to you on placing your order.

Wherever possible we will ship multiple orders together, within reason.

Yes, tracking numbers for orders are emailed to you as the order is packed and before it leaves our premises. If you did not receive a tracking number please email info@lupostrol.co.nz and we will send it out to you again or assist with the tracking.
